AI Tools and Usage Transparency
We use AI-assisted tools to help create parts of our artistic works, while maintaining full creative control, direction, and responsibility for the final results.
This section provides full transparency about which tools we use, and under which terms and licenses we work.
1. Song Creation (AI music tools)

a) Suno (https://www.suno.ai)
  • We use Suno AI with a Pro license, which allows us to use generated songs for commercial purposes.
  • The commercial usage rights are granted while holding an active Pro subscription.
  • Songs created during an active Pro subscription may remain in commercial use after the subscription ends.

b) aiMusic.so (https://aimusic.so)
  • We use aiMusic.so (Pro version or licensed version) to create some songs or elements.
  • aiMusic.so provides downloadable license certificates confirming commercial usage rights.
  • Songs created with aiMusic.so may be used commercially in accordance with their license terms.

c) ChatGPT (https://openai.com/chatgpt)
  • We use ChatGPT (Pro version) to assist with:
    • writing song lyrics
    • creating song stories and saga descriptions
    • building HTML code and website text content
  • All content created with ChatGPT is used according to OpenAI's use case guidelines and is fully original and owned by us as the final publisher.

2. AI-Generated Images
  • Some of the images on this website (e.g. story illustrations, album covers, background images) have been created using AI image generation tools.
  • These images are generated without using protected trademarks or copyrighted works.
  • All AI-generated images are used under the respective tool’s commercial license or as free-to-use content.
  • Whenever applicable, AI-generated images are customized and integrated artistically into our project and are owned by Cuddly Monkey Records.
